As you Wish....

Who would not just LOVE it, if a guy said that to them....and not in a snarky way? Maybe I shouldn't base what love should be like on a movie. Although it is a great movie, full of pirates and giants, revenge, and true love. This is the movie I named my dog Westley after, and my sister named her dogs Inigo and Buttercup from. In case you haven't had the pleasure of watching it....go out and watch it NOW!!! It's name is the Princess Bride. I don't think its on Netflix but Amazon should have copies and shipping will be fast-ish

I watched this movie for the first time in high school, and I was dating a guy that was a dead ringer for Westley. That doesn't really pertain to the quote because he never said As you wish, but I can't watch the movie or talk to my dog without thinking about how much he looked like the main character.

Anyway back to the quote. I love how simple it is. He would do ANYTHING for her even leaving so he could give her what he thinks she deserves.  Nothing she asks of him is a bother to him his goal is to please her. How wonderful would it be if people lived like that.

While that is really my favorite quote. I heard this quote yesterday and it has to be added....if nothing else than to lighten the sap in this post.

Have you been following the Jodi Arias trial? I've tried to avoid it like the plaque. She just screams crazy nut job....even though I've tried to avoid it some things have been able to slip past my guard. Like this quote from Jodi's lawyer, Kirk Nurmi  "It's not about whether or not you like Jodi Arias. Nine days out of 10, I don't like Jodi Arias. ... But that doesn't matter,"

I absolutely feel sorry for this guy. How awful it must be to try to defend her.

Linking up.....
Can't believe I've already post two days in a row and 3 posts. Its a new record!
